A great workout of those problem areas. A fun and easy to follow session that targets specific areas.

HITT - High Intensity Interval Work

30 mins - go for it ! Just as the title says.

A studio cycle class, lots of energy calorie burning in this high octane music pumping workout.

AB ATTACK/CIRCUIT+STRETCH

Strengthening the core, back and stomach muscles.

STUDIO STRENGTH/CIRCUITS

The best of both aternate weeks of strength and cardio/tabata.

BOOTCAMP - ASK FOR NEXT DATES

Is a 6 week intensive course that includes work outs and a food plan, which should be followed to get best results if weight loss is your aim. A way to increase your fitness levels and to push the boundaries (2 coaches per session).
